He was predeceased by: his father Pepper "Buzzy" Bell. He is survived by: his mother Jean Hardy Flaig (Hardy); his stepfather Kurt D. Flaig of South Dakota; and his sisters, Amanda Bell-Sen of North Carolina and Stephanie M. Mason of South Dakota.
