He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Zieger and Gladys Zieger (Dennler); and his niece Sara Fanning. He is survived by: his partner Kim Edwards of St. Lawrence; his siblings, Penny Fanning (John) of Sioux Falls, Carole Clements (Mike) of Miller and Joel Zieger (Rhonda) of Billings, MT; and his siblings' children, Heath Fanning (Sarah), Quentin Fanning, Blaine Fanning (Kristi), Dan Clements (Angie) and Jenny McKinstry (Cory). He is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews; and three great-great nephews.
