She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tagtow and Kathrine Tagtow (Kropinske); her husband Aaron Ellsworth; her daughter Cheryl Brock; her granddaughter Kenzi Ellsworth; her siblings, Phylis Bell (Pete), Lorraine Ellerton (Everett) and Roger Tagtow; and her brother-in-law Jack Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Purrington (Doug), Mike Ellsworth (Susie) and Steve Ellsworth; her son-in-law Wayne Brock; her grandchildren, Kara (Dan), Grady Heffner, Haley Johnson (Zachary), Kristen Rittel (Ryan), Kaitlyn (Clinton), Kenley, Carter, Khloe, Colsen McKee, Reis (Mikayla), AJ, Colby Rittel, Jonathan, Bailey (Nassim), Nichole, Amia, Raegan, Evelyn, Maliyah Deuter, Sarah, Charlie, Adeline Theophilus, Lindsey Bode (Alex), Tripp, Ellsworth Bahe, Jamie (Demarion), Miller, Louie Mapp, Kelly (Brandon), Cooper, Tessa Bushnell, Dani (Kyle), Hal, Olan and Benny Bertsch; and her sister Sandy Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
