She was predeceased by: her father Richard "Dick" Ziegler; her sons, Catlin and Eric Hemmah; her parents-in-law, Carmen and Virginia Hemmah; and her sister-in-law Marlyce Knock.
She is survived by: her mother Carol Ziegler (Erickson) of Mitchell; her husband James "Jim" Hemmah of Mitchell; her siblings, Rick Ziegler (Sharon) of North Dakota, Scott Ziegler of Mitchell, Peggy Letcher (Jerry) of Aberdeen, SD and Brenda Ziegler of Portland, OR; and her siblings-in-law, Carmen Hemmah (Brenda) of Salem, SD and Melody Olsen (Calvin) of Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Will Funeral Chapel (210 E Green Dr, Mitchell, SD 57301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
