He is survived by: his wife LaRonda McMillan of Mitchell; his children, Melinda Bamsey (Mike) of Mitchell, Jesse McMillan (Amanda) of Dell Rapids, SD and Melissa McMillan (Matt Schulte) of Mitchell; and his siblings, Kenny McMillan (Sally) of Phoenix, AZ, Colleen Stadler (Dean Lutz) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Kelly McMillan (Ronda) of Hayesville, KS.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
