He is survived by: his children, Karen Koupal, Dan Koupal (Mona), Katy Olson (Marc), John Koupal (Karen), Trish Koupal and Bill Koupal (Pam); his brother Bill; his wife Patricia; and his brother Gene. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
