Vernon, SD; and his grandchildren, Aaron Determan (Melissa), Josh Determan (Lindsey), Sarah Miotti (Matt), Rebecca Determan, Jeffrey Janousek (Haley), Andrew Determan (EB), Alexis Determan, Tanner Hajek (Amber), Laura Janousek (Alex Blacketor), Maddison Leiferman (Devon) and Macy Hajek. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
