He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Crago and Adeline Crago (Schnabel); his wife VivaDell "Vi" Crago; his brother Roger Crago; his brother-in-law Ronald Herr; and his parents-in-law, Viola and Rieny Herr.

He is survived by : his children, Victoria Gaede of Palm Springs, CA and Kyle Crago (Melisa) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Jason Kinsella, Nikole Anderson (Jean Paul), Sydney, Camille Gaede, Tate, Megan and Kyla Crago; his great grandchildren, Dakota of River, JP and Nieko; his stepgrandchildren, Graham and Franny; his siblings, Jerry Crago (Nickie), Lyle Jr. Crago (Sherry), Dennis Crago (Janice), Doug Crago (Lori), Les Crago (Arla), Marjorie Crago, Elaine Skinner (Russell) and Nancy Crago; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Crago and Randolph Herr (Betty) of Chicago, IL.
