She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Muller and Laura Muller (Hoffman); her husband Wesley Klunder; her grandson Patrick Heisinger; her son-in-law Tim Heisinger; and her siblings, Loretta Muller, Lucille Rustan, Gertrude Stainbrook, Letha Corrigan, Howard Muller, Walter Muller, Lewis Muller, Ben Muller Maurice Muller and Gerald Muller.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Heisinger of Dimock, SD, Cindy Juhnke (Donnie) of Sioux Falls, SD, Tom Klunder (Jan) of Mitchell, SD, Nick Klunder of Scottsdale, AZ and Patty Thury (Jerry) of Mitchell, SD.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (620 E 3rd Ave, Mitchell, SD 57301). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. After her husband's death, Marian became a member of RSVP and volunteered for several years at Longfellow Elementary, John Paul II, and also the summer lunch program.
