He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hargreaves and Arvilla Hargreaves (Clark); his brothers, Delbert and Bernard Hargreaves; his sister-in-law Betty Hargreaves; and his grandchildren, Dani Jo Johnson, Ashley Johnson and Landon Hargreaves.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Edwards; his children, Linda Johnson (Ken) of Baltic, SD, Roger (Jana) of Plymouth, MN, Ron (Kristin) of Crooks, SD and Wade (Ashley) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Chad Muilenburg, Brock Johnson, Carl Johnson (Colette), Kendra Pepperworth (Jared), David Hargreaves (Sophie), Tim Hargreaves, Eli Hargreaves, Emily Grosdidier (Jesse), Nate Hargreaves, Logan Hargreaves, Lauren Hargreaves, Lydia Hargreaves and Lainey Hargreaves; his sisters, Bernadine Bintliff (Charley) and Sharon Gardner; and his sister-in-law Deana Hargreaves.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Prairie's Edge Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Dudley Cemetery.
