He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brooks Johnson Sr. and Norma Johnson; his parents-in-law, John and Betty Litschewski; his siblings, Forrest, Arwood Johnson and Roberta Perman; and his brother-in-law Marvin "Buzz" Perman Jr..
He is survived by: his significant other Carol Johnson; his children, Robert Johnson (Stacy), Karen Vogel (Adam Webster), William Brooks Johnson III Johnson (Crystal) and Karla Bieber (John); his son-in-law David Vogel; his sister Ione Enderson; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Litschewski (Mary), Richard Litschewski (Nancy), Ron Litschewski (Bev), LaVonne Dietrich (Jeff) and Patty Roebuck (Arnie). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations go to the St. Alexius Kidney Dialysis.
