We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2026, at the age of 98, Leo Holzer of Mobridge, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Holzer and Clara Holzer (Schmidt); his sisters, Clarissa Klein and Charmaine Mosset; his wife Rose Ann Holzer; his granddaughter Emily Holzer; and his children-in-law, Mikel Holland and Belinda Holzer.
He is survived by: his close friend Larry Seftner; his children, Richard Holzer (Bernadette), Douglas Holzer (Char), Mark Holzer (Dena), Deborah Holland and David Holzer; and his grandchildren, Shawn Holzer (Kristen), Amy Wieland, Chrissie Magness (Eric), Ian Holzer (Angela), Matthew Holzer, Tiffany Holzer, Aaron Holzer (Brittany), Kaylee Hagen (Shawn), Logan McIntosh (Carlee), Brent Holland, Andrew Holland and Tucker Holzer.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (518 2nd Ave W, Mobridge, SD 57601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
