He was predeceased by : his parents, Orville Bail and Margie Bail (Johnson); and his father-in-law Richard Brickley. He is survived by : his wife Victoria Fawn Marie Brickley; his stepson Gregory Bliss; his children, Maggie and Matthew; his stepgranddaughter Delilah of Pacific City, OR; and his sister Barbara Bail of Lino Lakes, MN.
