He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Mickelson and Beatrice Mickelson. He is survived by: his wife Lona Mickelson; his daughter Cassie; his son-in-law Bryan Stokes of Mound City, SD; his son Kyle Mickelson of Pollock, SD; his grandchildren, Leehvi, Karsin and Scarlett Stokes; his brother Gilbert; and his sister-in-law Cathy Mickelson of Herreid, SD. He is also survived by his Nieces and Nephews.
