He was predeceased by: his father Fredrick Baker Sr.; his daughter Tammy Shirley; his mother Rossella Baker (Partridge); and his siblings, Fredrick Baker Jr., William "Bill" Baker and Penny Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baker; his children, Edgar Baker Sr. of Mt. Vernon, SD, Mark Baker of Mitchell and Cindy Morrison of Bulls Gap, TN; and his sister Patricia Baker of Missouri. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
