He was predeceased by: his mother Gayle Van Dam (Thompson); and his grandparents, Carv Thompson, Charles and Marilyn Van Dam. He is survived by: his father Terry Dam (Tammy); his children, Natalie Ann and Hayzen Daniel; his wife Shannon; his sons, Nolan and Max; his siblings, Travis Van Dam, Katie Kreklow (Ben), Kayla O'Dell (Steven) and Cole Venard (Holly); and his grandmother Margaret Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Harold Thune Auditorium (307 Kennedy Ave, Murdo, SD 57559). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
