He is survived by: his daughter Julie Garlock (Shane) of Fruitland, ID; his granddaughter Ashlee Garlock; his great grandchildren, Dawson Garlock and Kollette Garlock; and his siblings, Ronald Hise of Nisland and Connie Meyer of Belle Fourche.
