He is survived by: his mother Diane Parks (Scott); his wife Holly; his children, Victoria (Rob), Elizabeth (James), Alexandra (Corbin) and Montgomery; his grandmother Bernice Parks (Marsh); his siblings, Brian (Tina) and Chavon (Chris); his granddaughter Valencia; and his close friend Jason Nelson.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sunnybrook Community Church (5601 Sunnybrook Dr, Sioux City, IA 51106).
