She is survived by: her husband Leon Smith; her children, Craig Smith (Beth), LeAnn Smith, Steven Smith (Kristi) and Kathy Osborn (Charles); her grandchildren, Brookes Geary (Elizabeth Santos), Aaron Smith (Bea), Justyne Weber (Landon), Matthew Hoover (Emily Mattison), Stephanie'Charli'Hoover, Kate Green (Jason), Ashley Hoover, Madison Hanson (Dylan), Corbin Smith (Julia), Andrew Osborn (Adelyn Crabtree) and Megan Zachman (Jared); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Thomas, Anna, Paisley, Stella, Leo, Adalyn, Everleigh, Oliver, Augustus, Myles, Tateum, Campbell, Harris, Callum, Wyatt and Cora.
