He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Hamilton and Josephine Hamilton; and his siblings, Dolly Bowker and Jumbo Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hamilton; his sister Kitty Bryon; his children, Charlotte Hamilton and Beau Hamilton (Brenda); his grandchildren, Wade Lockhart, Elizabeth Lockhart, Seth Hamilton and Jace Hamilton; and his great grandchild Xavier.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Swallow Family Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the American Legion (1045 Jennings Ave, Hot Springs, SD 57747).
