She was predeceased by : her parents, James C Jensen and Irene Jensen (McDonald); her husband Arlyn Leonhardt; her parents-in-law, Clair and Phyllis Leonhardt; and her grandparents, Chris, Bernadette Jensen, George and Mary McDonald.
She is survived by : her nephew Zach; her niece Kristen; her daughters, Kelly Josephsen (Greg) of Arlington and Catherine Murphy (Chad) of Arlington; her grandchildren, Sutton Murphy, Gentry Murphy, Macey Josephsen, Logan Josephsen, Claire Murphy and Lucas Josephsen; her siblings, Michelle Longville (Scott), Matt Jensen (Lori), Mark Jensen (Tara), Donna Bumann and Douglas Bumann (Tonya); her siblings-in-law, Danelle Brown (Lew), DeAnn Jensen (Brett), Dora Jensen (Todd) and Rick Leonhardt (Rachel); her aunt Patricia Folsland; and her uncle Kermit Folsland. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has established a memorial fund to continue Jacky's passion of supporting youth involvement in showing and raising livestock.
