He is survived by : his wife Judy Graham of Plainview, Texas; his children, Michael DeJuan Strickland, MD (Gina Melink) of Hillsboro, OH and Kären Gayle Lee (David Lee) of Fort Worth, TX; his son-in-law Trönd Bergestüen of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Strickland, Austin Strickland, Caroline Jones, Madeleine Jones, Silje Bergestüen and Hannah Bergestüen; his stepgrandchildren, Dr. Bill Knight, Dr. Ryan Knight and Dr. Andrew Knight (Delia Salazar); his nephew James Russell McGregor; his niece Michelle McGregor-Smith of Pittsburg, PA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha, James and Morgan.
