With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Tifft of Owanka, South Dakota, who passed away on August 17, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ingalls and Frances Ingalls (Welter); her husband Kenneth D. Tifft; her brother Howard Ingalls; and her stepmother Margery Ingalls.
She is survived by: her son Tucky Tifft (Linda) of Owanka; her grandchildren, Kale Tifft (Misty) of Sulphur Springs, TX, Kristy Vega (Roberto) of Colorado Springs, CO and Kevin Tifft (Rhonda) of Owanka; her great grandchildren, Kara, Katherine "Katie", Shilo, Nicolas "Nico", Scarlett and Morgan; her siblings, Marlin Ingalls, Faye Fees and Ann Mahaffy; and her cousins, Hugh Ingalls, Elaine Rowett and Virginia Brandt. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
