He is survived by: his wife Kathy Friman of Parker; his children, Tom Overby (Kaye) of Vermillion, Lisa Carlson of Parker and Jami Langeland (Matthew) of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, Kiana Overby, Hannah Strong (Jordan), Connor Carlson (Miranda), John C. Overby, Morgen Laible (Keaton), Ellaina Farrell (Colin), Kassidy Langeland, Vanessa Langeland and Mattiah Langeland; his great grandchildren, Jaylen, Rowan Strong and Tyce Carlson; and his sister Karen Reynolds (Eugene) of Largo, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
