He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie; his parents, Willie and Julia; and his siblings, Irid Eitreim, Bernice Miller, Dorothy Oien (Bonnie Buchheim), Shirley Knowlton, Donald Eitreim and Mildred Larson.
He is survived by: his brother Milton Eitreim; his daughter Cynthia Ahrendt-Sivesind (John); his grandson Andrew Ahrendt; his stepgrandchildren, John Sivesind (Brandy) and Holly Sivesind; Nolan, Cooper, Crosby, Vance, Seth, Aaron and Riley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home (130 E 2nd St, Parker, SD 57053). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (490 E 1st St, Parker, SD 57053).
