She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Montefering and Elenora Montefering (Weber); her husband Florian Kummer; her son Paul Kummer; and her siblings, Lloyd Montefering, Mary Ann Grommesh and Myra Jarman.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Susie (Roger) of Holstein, IA, Tom Kummer (Viann) of Parkston, Jan Weber (Tom) of Alexandria, SD, Kevin Kummer (Mary) of Parkston and Julie Matheny (Derrick) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Beau, Cory, Drew, Shane, Brittany, Kelsey, Jordan, Shannon, Nick, Katelyn, Kaylee, Tyler, Dustin, Holly, Kaden and Colby; and her siblings, Iva Jo Haiar of Jamesville, WI, Germaine Weber (Vern) of Mitchell, SD, Allen Montefering of Parkston, SD, Floyd Montefering (Jerilyn) of Parkston and Sharon Scheetz (Tom) of Minneapolis, MN..
