He was predeceased by : his parents, Ferdinand Schoenfelder and Elizabeth Schoenfelder (Kummer); his wife Josephine Whitney; his grandsons, Ryan Hohn and Derek Swanson; and his siblings, Anita, Ginny, Jeanette, Clem, Dennis and John.
He is survived by : his daughters, Diane Dodson (Tim) of Spearfish, SD, Gloria Vollmer of Pierre, SD, Margie Streitz (Dennis) of Parkston, Barb Roth (Reno) of Parkston, Beth Moore (Scott) of Ipswich, SD and Melody Hohn (Brian) of Parkston; his grandchildren, Amber Dodson (Mike), Melissa, RaKel Hooser (Josh), Tatum Hylton (Cory), Brittany Schoenfelder (Eric), Nikki Reichert (Jon), Lindsey Roth, Valerie Nelson (Zack), Brandon Moore (Baley), Tori Peterson (Garrett), Kyle Hohn (Hanna) and Tanner Hohn (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Ella, Jaxon, Corbin, Trinity, Jozie, Clover, Aryia, Lexi, Easton, Addi, Cambrie, Vera, Billie, Crockett, Bennett, Kendall, Leslie, Cooper, Hadley, Sage and Lennyn; and his sister-in-law Joan Schoenfelder of Dakota Dunes, SD..
