He was predeceased by : his grandfather Orville LaBatte; and his great-grandparents, Violet Heminger (Clarence Greeley Sr.), Violet Barse, Archie LaBatte, Arlene Bordeaux and Cleveland Neiss.

He is survived by : his parents, Sarah LaBatte and David J. Seaboy; his siblings, Evan, David O. LaBatte and Josalia LaBatte; his grandparents, Carrietta R. Greeley, April Neiss and David M. Seaboy; and his great-grandparent Sophronia Crawford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
