He was predeceased by : his father Richard Hauk; his great-grandparents, Edward Klicker, Hattie Klicker (Sibbers), Ralph Ruckdaschel and Violet Ruckdaschel (Johnston); his grandparents, Margaret Ruckdaschel (Klicker), Donna Shelton (Hemmness) and Max Hauk; and his great-aunts, Elaine Loesch (Klicker) and Barb Bollig (Ruckdaschel).

He is survived by : his mother Karla Hauk (Ruckdaschel) of Trenton; his brother Jeremy Richard Hauk (Jessica) of Williston, ND; his nieces and nephews, Maggie, Molly and Sauntee; his brother Jesse Franklin Hauk of Sturgis; his nieces and nephews, Lainie and Sam; his grandparents, Jay Ruckdaschel of Hopking, MN and Nancy Hauk of Rapid City; his close friend Danae Adair; and also, Kylah, Masique, Ricky and Brianna. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
