He was predeceased by : his parents, Patrick Foley and Eva Foley (Park); his children, Katrina Burns, Paul, Nicholas and Gorman; his son-in-law Jim Bouman; his brothers, Jim Foley, Joe Foley and Carl Foley; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Foley, Marie Medved, Bev Foley, Edward Fitzgerald and Robert Kellogg.
He is survived by : his wife Ann of Philip; his children, Mark Foley (Windy), Richard Foley of Philip, Steve Foley (Staci) of New Ulm, MN, Kim Kochersberger (Al) of Philip and Bob Foley (Joan) of Montevideo, MN; his sister Nellie Kellogg of Standish, MI; his sister-in-law Mary Foley of Carmichael, CA; and his son-in-law Tom Burns (Tanja) of Henderson, NV. He is also survived by several grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
