He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Peshek; his mother Delores Peshek; his daughter Jamie Boehmer; his sisters, Nancy Peshek and Linda Paulson; and his brother-in-law Frank Jorgensen.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole, Chad Schilmoeller of Sioux Falls, Monica Boehmer of Butte, Sean Arvish of Butte and Arin Boehmer of Butte; his sister Rita; his siblings-in-law, Gary Kietzmann of Fort Collins, Colorado, Jack Paulson of Craig, Colorado and Becky Jorgensen of Wenatchee, Washington; his close friend June McLeod; his grandchildren, Luke, Katie Schilmoeller, Brooklyn Schilmoeller Leonard, Mason Leonard, Bryton, Briley, Brienna Hardesty, Mikayla, Mikenna Burt, Ava and Eli Boehmer; and his great grandchild Beckham Schilmoeller.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home (1800 Florence Ave, Butte, MT 59701).
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to Our Lady of the Rockies would be greatly appreciated.
