He was predeceased by: his father Charlie DeLeeuw; his grandparents, Dutch, Lil DeLeeuw, Art and Fern Dahlen; his aunt Joyce Hughes; and his uncles, Bill DeLeeuw and Bob Dahlen.
He is survived by: his mother Debbie DeLeeuw; his sons, Owen and Shaughn; and his sister Heather. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
