She is survived by: her husband Jim Fahey; her sons, Kevin, Tyler and Jared Fahey; her grandchildren, Keegan and Aliciana; and her siblings, Kay Shafer (Gary), Sandy Jefferis (Wayne), Dennis Hemmer (Linda), Darwin Hemmer (Sharon), Ron Hemmer (Laurie), Marlene Mennenga (Gerry Bunker), Michele Linneman (Dennis), Bruce Hemmer (Denise), Warren Hemmer (Debbie), Jim Hemmer (Laurie) and JoAnn Walraven. She is also survived by five sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be designated to the Avera Foundation Helmsley Center Oncology.
