It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene Benjamin of Pierre, South Dakota, born in Worthington, Minnesota, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Hartman and Hazel Hartman (Lukehart); her sister Carole Hoefker; and her husband Harry Benjamin. She is survived by : her children, Susan Benjamin of Colorado, Connie Bolei of Minnesota, Barbara Benjamin of South Dakota, Harry Benjamin of Minnesota, Jack Benjamin of South Dakota and Jerry Benjamin of Indiana. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Pentecostal Church (2410 Stanton Dr, Pierre, SD 57501).
