He is survived by: his children, Steve Bourk, Donya Bourk, Emmy Bourk, Kelin Bourk and Maggie Bad; his pet Vona Johnson (Steve); his stepchildren, Holly Nemec (Randy) and Kelly Vosberg (Dena); his brothers, John Jr. (Hime) and Kenny (Nick); his friends, Gib Hart, Steve and Alisa Anderson; his siblings-in-law, Rich Doyle (Sandy) and Colleen Lamb (Danny); Tye Johnson (Sabrina), Amy Berendes (Brian), Erica Ihnen (James), Robin Carlson (Larry), Kellee Henley (Tim Holmstrom), Hank Badger (Heather) and Jenny Waite (John Theim). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren.
