He is survived by: his parents, Donald W. Jacobson and Bonnie Jean Jacobson (Koch); his wife Gail; his son Travis (Patti); his grandson Zak (Abbie); his great grandchildren, Jonathon and Jethro; and his siblings, Jeff (Gayle), Jerry (Karen) and Dawn (Norm). He is also survived by his parents and grandparents.
