He is survived by: his wife Ellen Paul (Brandner) of Michael's Church; his children, Sharon Pruess (Brian) of Pierre, Karen Rosen of Littleton, Loren Paul (Brenda) of Pierre and Lisa Becker of Weston, Wisconsin; his son-in-law Brian Wagner of St. Paul, Minnesota.; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Paul, Christopher Paul, Tyler Pruess (Molly), Tanner Pruess (Brittany), Lucas Rosen, Samuel Rosen, Nathan Paul (Jen), Jordan Paul (Abby), Brady Becker (Katie), Brennen Becker and Alex Becker. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Peter & Paul Catholic Church (304 N Euclid Ave, Pierre, SD 57501).
