The memory of Gwen Mord of Pierre, South Dakota, who passed away on May 20, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Schultz and Faye Schultz; her husband Les Mord; her brother Kenneth; her sister-in-law Pearl Schultz; and her in-laws, Rudolph and Signe Mord.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Mord (Sharon) and Joan Hofer (Kevin); her grandchildren, Alex Mord (Micah), Lewis Hofer (Chesney), Ben Mord (Vero), Morris Hofer, Andrew Mord and Jill Stevens (Tommy); and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Izzy Hofer and Mila Mord.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Community Bible Church (1516 N Harrison Ave, Pierre, SD 57501). A prayer was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
