She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Fosness and Alma Fosness (Bourne). She is survived by: her husband Carl Sanders (Jerry); her children, Dawn Boyle (Darren), Doreen Kayser (Ron), Dalton Sanders (Colleen) and Darin Sanders (Doneen); her grandchildren, Josh, Jared, Weston, Seth, Danna, Danyelle, Brooke, Carlee and Katie; her brother Dan Fosness (Trudye); Sam Handschke and Brad Urbach.

Memorials may be directed to Countryside Hospice of Pierre and Faith Lutheran Church of Pierre.
