He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Baldwin; his son David Baldwin; his granddaughter Grace Jocelyn Kaul; and his siblings, Kenny, Dwight, Dwaine, Howard, Lorraine and James.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Baldwin of Pierre, SD and Stephanie Kaul (Jason) of Bismarck, ND; his grandchildren, Josh Baldwin, Cora Baldwin, Kaelyn Kaul (Kyle Biggerstaff), Ashlyn Kaul and Riley Kaul; his siblings, Mike Baldwin and Alice Ostboe; and his daughter-in-law Tanya Kayser.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Isburg Funeral Chapels (439 S Pierre St, Pierre, SD 57501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Va National Cemetery.
