He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Mary; and his brother Richard Cerney. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Amanda Fouts (Josh) and Adam Cerney; his grandsons, Elijah and Charles; his sisters, Mary Beth Kok and Paula Renner; and his sister-in-law Carol Cerney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Life Assembly of God (1120 N Harrison Ave, Pierre, SD 57501). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
