He is survived by: his children, Zoey Shaw, Winnie Shaw, Candra Shaw, Louis Shaw and Caroline Shaw; his siblings, Gary Richards, John DuBray, Donna Richards and Judy Kintz; his grandchildren, Patrick Shaw III, Eric Shaw, Randy Shaw I, Cody Shaw I, Carl Shaw, Patricia Shaw, Nicole Bering, Brittany Shaw, Kimmie Red Feather, Linda Red Feather, Angela Richards, Pete Richards, Jr., Cassandra, Kayla and Kelsey Usera; his great grandchildren, Gustavo Martinez, Benicio Martinez, Mauricio Martinez, Jordan Vanne Shaw, Julissa Enriquez, Marissa Martinez, Melissa Martinez, Alissa Martinez, Isiah Brooklyn Shaw, Eva Martinez, Claudia Martinez, Randy "NuPa" Shaw II, Jordan "CiQala" Shaw, Cody Shaw II, Adalene Owetu Shaw and Beau Wagmu Shaw; and his great great grandchild Gustavo Antonio Shaw, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
