He is survived by: his mother LeVeta Mary Bark; his siblings, Andrea Bark-Knight, Richard "Rick" Bark and Raymond Bark; his children, David White Calf, Hailey Lakota and Delly Rae Starr; his wife Sherry Steele; his nieces and nephews, Cynthia Bark-Young, Ryan Bark, Sr., Mary Knight, James Knight, Forest Bark, Kyeleigh Bark, Kotah Bark and Leisa Greth-Bark; and his uncle Charles Janis, Jr.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
