He is survived by: his father Darold Forney; his wife Alva Forney; his children, Ashley Forney (Colton), Bradley Forney, Sammie Romero, Jessie Romero, Katherine Bury, Michelle Lau, Jalaine Kimball, Mitchell Hollow Horn and Chayton Hollow Horn; and his siblings, Tom Patton (Lou), Donald Patton, Sandra Mabin (Scott Murray), MaDonna Shepherd (Michael), Cheryl (Archie), Mitzi Big Crow (Coy), Paul Forney (Missie), Tonya Broken Rope (Clarence), Irene Sound Sleeper (Raymond) and Angie Mabin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
