She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Cottier, Stephanie Cottier, Darrell Spotted Elk, Jr. and Francis Spotted Elk; and her siblings, Rose Cottier, Alberta Cottier, Loretta Cottier and Bert Cottier, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
