With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Misty E Garnier (Pine Ridge, South Dakota), who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Emil "Jimmy" Hernandez, Beverly Colhoff and Dirk Garnier; her aunts and uncles, Clarinda Walking Eagle, Annie Colhoff, David Garnier, Ernest Garnier, Marvin Hernandez, Daniel Bad Milk and Don McMillan; and her cousin Shawn Walking Eagle (Hoksila).

She is survived by : her parents, Dale Garnier and Arvella Wanbli Luta (Hernandez); her siblings, Kristan Hernandez-Wolfe, Stephanie Garnier, Azure Quiocho, Bernadine Garnier, Bradley Watters and Isebelle Garnier; and her close friend Silvana Kalama.
