He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. DeSersa and Elizabeth B. DeSersa (Cuny); his siblings, Shirley Humphries, Wanda Simpson, Clarence "Chuck" DeSersa, William "Bill" DeSersa and David DeSersa; and his pets, Tigger and Sadie Lynn DeSersa.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Mousseau-DeSersa; his child Kyle J. Mousseau (Ashley); his grandson Anthony E. Mousseau (Gabrielle); his child Sioux J. Mousseau (Anthony); his granddaughter Emily R. DeSersa; his children, Haley R. DeSersa and Steph Ainsworth (Eddie); and his siblings, Elaine Hopkins of Gallatin, TN, Bernice Spangler (Glenn) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Rae Elliott of Stockton, CA and Dennis DeSersa of Stockton, CA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
