It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Marie Hoffman of Plankinton, South Dakota, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ross Atkinson and Beulah Atkinson (Hawkins); her husband James "Red" Hoffman; her son Jim Hoffman; her daughter-in-law Gail Hoffman; her parents-in-law, Martin and Caroline Hoffman; and her brothers-in-law, Marion Brink, Ted Cox, Bob Brink, Ozzie Hoffman, Alvin Hoffman, Dale Hoffman and Duane Vlasman.
She is survived by : her son Jerry Hoffman of Plankinton, SD; her daughter-in-law Tammy Hoffman of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Tori Grode (Travis), Isabelle, Owen, Joe Hoffman (Crystal), Vanessa and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Dreyton, Amelia, Beth Victor (Phil), Kenzie, Emersyn, Tony, Ross, Brandi Bermea (Marcus), Jace, Griffin, Braelyn, David Hoffman and Josie Hoffman; her sisters, Pat Cox of Bella Vista, AR, Shirley Brink of Gettysburg, SD and Judy Brink of Cold Spring, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Hoffman (Kris) of Watertown, SD, Janet Vlasman of Madison, SD, Lenora Hoffman of Plankinton, SD and Betty Hoffman of Mitchell, SD.
