He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Berens and Dalores Berens of Woonsocket; his siblings, Sharon Kicker (Fritz) and Ricky Berens; and his great grandchild Jax Berens.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Berens of Plankinton; and his children, Stuart Berens of Mitchell, Nebraska, Ronnie Jr. Berens (Clorissa) of Rapid City, Rochelle Remund (Tony) of Pipestone, Minnesota, Sheryl Lorenzo of Plankinton and Melissa Hutcheson (Danny) of Elk Point. He is also survived by his children, 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
