She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustaf Johanson and Marjorie Johanson (Smith); her parents-in-law, Henry and Alice Meyerink; her brother Dennis Johanson; her grandsons, Matthew and Mark Van Bruggen; and her brothers, Larry Eckard, Harold (Juna Meyerink), Gerard (Harriet Meyerink) and Loren Meyerink.
She is survived by: her husband Merle of Platte; her children, Brian Meyerink (Donna) of Algona, Iowa, Rhonda Den Herder (Dan) of Sioux Center, Iowa, Marlys Van Bruggen of Harrisburg, Jana Franken (Jamie) of Sioux Center, Iowa and Jon Meyerink (Melynda) of Sioux Center, Iowa; her granddaughter Briana Fischer (Kevin); her children, Dayne Meyerink, Jackson, Aric (Sara), Marcus (Jamie), Kalee Den Herder, Cody (Shelby), Kennen, Victoria Franken, Derek (Mariah), Reece and Shaylee Meyerink; her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Hayden Den Herder; her grandchildren, Clayton and Gracie Franken; her siblings, Judy Eckard, Jackie Fuller (Ron) and Barb Smith (Denis); and her parents-in-law, Glenn, Marlene Meeter, Mary Ann Adams and Shirley Johanson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
